Payroll Specialist with German or FrenchMiejsce pracy: Kraków, Katowice

Responsibilities:

Payroll operations in assigned European entity(ies), i.e. timely and accurate payment of salaries to employees in the region,
Timely withholding and remittance of taxes and other regulatory deductions, on behalf of the above employees to statutory authorities,
Pre, Post, Approval and data integrity during the payroll cycle,
Tier 2 and 3 resolution,
Establish controls and maintain bi-weekly, monthly and annual processes,
Risk Management.

Skills:

University degree,
2+ years EU Payroll, Benefits, Taxation & Reporting experience,
2+ years proven human resources (Payroll/People admin etc.) experience or equivalent,
Knowledge of English and German or French,
Time management skill,
Ability to build and maintain relations with business,
Strong customer orientations,
Must be self-motivated, customer focused and multi-tasking,
Ability to work in a high-volume, fast paced environment with accuracy and against sensitive dead line is essential,
Proficiency with personal computers and basic software packages and specialized applications.
