Your new company
For our client, a fast growing SSC from medical equipment areawe are currently looking for a Payroll Specialistthat would be a part of a team responsible for payroll operations in Poland and African countries.
Your new role
As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Administrating and controlling 2 weekly payrolls and 3 monthly payrolls,
- Importing weekly hours data from the time management system in order to administer the weekly payrolls,
- Efficiently managing a busy starters and leavers process,
- Liaising with pension providers on pension matters,
- Responding to and resolve payroll queries from associates,
- Cooperating closely with different stakeholders (HR SSC, local HR and Finance teams)
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for professionals who:
- Have at least a year of experience in payroll operations
- Are fluent in English and another foreign language. Preferable languages are German, Dutch, Spanish, but other languages are welcome as well
- Have working knowledge of SAP
- Are an energetic individual with lots of own initiatives, ideas and strives for new challenges to show your skills and experience
- Are able to work in a fast paced, time specific and targeted environment
- Work well in a team
- Are self-motivated and well organised
- Can prioritise own workload
- Have polite and professional confident manner
- Knowledge of eTime or ADP will be considered as an asset
