Currently, our client - an international company planning to open a new Shared Service Center providing payroll and finance services for European countries, seeking to recruit: Payroll Specialist with German. Location: Poznan in Poland
Within this role, you will be required to lead the country BSC team to delivery customer-focused services on the high efficiency and quality level, ensure that personnel administration / payroll processes are in line with country specific requirements, maintain and develop PA/PY competence in your team with targeted on the job coaching and training, recruit new co-workers that fit in with the required PA/PY profiles, supervise monthly payroll and year-end activities. You will be responsible for: planning and execute daily priorities for the co-workers from your team, challenge and motivate your team to deliver an outstanding service, lead by example in installing a culture where the continuous improvement to increase effectiveness.
The successful candidate will have proven customer orientation and passion for providing exceptional service to the business, at least 3 years proven working experience in payroll process (certificated, if possible) and team managing, strong communication and organization skills. Advanced German and English language skills are required.
