Our client is an American and world's leading professional services company, transforming clients' business, operating and technology models for the digital era. 

Currently we are looking for experience candidate in Payroll prcoess with strong knowledge of Polish labour law. 

Payroll CoordinatorMiejsce pracy: Gdańsk

Responsibilities:

  • Submission of payroll data to external service providers
  • Consolidate payroll data from various sources
  • Review calculations & work with provider on any necessary adjustments
  • Discharge any other payroll associated liabilities (taxes, social contributions, insurances, pensions)
  • Generate gross to net, & net pay reports
  • Arrange net payments to associates
  • Review, code & upload invoices for approval / payment
  • Cooperation with HR, Finance, Stock Admin, Tax, Internal audit department
  • Audit Compliance
  • Keep key business partners up to date with any legislation changes for the local region
  • Handle questions from employees regarding payroll

Requirements:

  • 5 years of professional experience in Personal Administration/Payroll
  • Knowledge of local Social Security, taxes and employment legislation
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel and Word skills (Power Point and Access skills a plus)
  • Good command of English both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of People Soft or other ERP systems is a plus
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Energetic, self-starter, initiative and service oriented personality
