We are looking for ambitious Payroll & HR Administration Coordinator.
Client Details
Our Client is an international metal flow engineering company with advanced R&D solution. As a result of continued growth, the company is looking for an experienced candidate for the newly created position of Payroll and HR Administration Coordinator. Business environment provides high standards of professionalism and seeks to work with equal experts. The chosen candidate will be reporting to HR Manager and managing a several group of people.
Description
- Manage all payroll & administration activities across entities in Poland.
- Define and execute objectives supporting the HR strategy as well as mission and vision.
- Ensure legal compliance of payroll & administration in all entities in Poland and manage risk.
- Ensure payroll & administration consistency in all entities in Poland, with respect to specifics of entities.
- Prepare internal and external reports.
- Constantly develop payroll & administration systems in line with the HR Excellence Road-map.
- Build and grow strong relations with the business.
- Research on business needs and recommend appropriate HR solutions.
- Support compensation & benefits activities.
- Support global moves, in and out of entities.
- Manage and develops the payroll & administration team.
- Ensure constant penetration of corporate culture into the team.
- Build and strengthen a positive image of HR in the organisation.
Profile
- University degree. HR related field of study would be an asset.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Payroll & Administration and minimum 2 years in managing a team
- Very good and practical knowledge of labour law, tax regulations and social insurances
- Good knowledge of „Płatnik" system, MS Office (mainly Excel)
- Experience in a multinational organisation required with a strong preference for experience in a production environment
- Experience in managing projects
- Proactive approach / self-starter
- Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organisation
- Advanced or very good English required
