The company is a leading player in biotechnology development, the main focus is to base the process of creating the medicine on the unique person’s code (DNA) to make sure there is a possibility to heal the cure on the level of the smallest cells. The company is operating for more than 40 years on the market with the main mission of helping seriously ill people.
The role
As a Packaging Design Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the supply processes, and product innovations and dealing with external and internal stakeholders. You will deal with the packaging manufacturing equipment and design team to develop sustainable and innovative packaging.
Responsibilities
- Participate in designing and implementing new packaging ideas for the products.
- Work with cGMP and other regulatory compliance requirements and ensure all of them are met.
- Working closely with the QA department to ensure the documentations are all according to the requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the packaging is meeting the basic requirements for Dutch law and transportation.
- Leading a project of creating new products’ packaging and testing them.
Requirements
- Pharma or Bio experience is a must.
- 3-5 years of experience in packaging/design engineering.
- At least Bachelor’s degree in packaging/label engineering.
- Hands-on work in a production environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English
