Global Business Services centre established is building the team in Gdańsk and is seeking for colleagues for the Customer Service/Order management department.
Your new role
The main responsibility will be to provide high quality customer services to a portfolio of Company's Customers. Most frequent activities will be related to active managing of customer orders or customer demand planning in Oracle/Siebel, planning of orders, date / order confirmation to customer, tracking and creation of order on hand lists.
What you'll need to succeed
Advanced knowledge of English is required. Previous experience in a similar area: Customer Service, Sales, Logistics or related. Advanced level of Excel knowledge would be highly desirable. Since you'll have direct contact with the Customers, strong interpersonal communication skills and highly customer focused are necessary competencies.
