Your new role
If you are a successful candidate you will be responsible for managing client’s orders.
Your scope of duties will include:
- Creation and maintenance of accounts
- Order management and ongoing booking of agreements according to the contract terms and conditions
- Support sales and delivery department
- Order validation and submission
What you’ll need to succeed
- Experience within administration role
- Experience in working in an order management system will be a plus
- Experience in using MS Office, but particularly Excel
- Attention to detail and analytical skills
- Fluent English
- Other European languages will be an asset
- You need to have at 3-5 years of professional experience within this field
- Previous experience of working in Oracle/Siebel will be a great advantage
- Role and pay will be commensurate with proven experience and capabilities
