For our Client, international company based in DÄ…browa Górnicza, we are currently looking for Oracle HCM Project Manager
Your new role
You will take part in new project to build an Oracle competence center in Poland. Holding this position you will be responsible for coordinating international project Oracle HCM talent suite cloud solution in international team across Europe. You will ensure that project is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Additionally, as Project Manager you will manage changes to the project, perform risk management, manage the relationship with the HR business, stakeholders, and third parties. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining project documentation.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful Candidate, you need to have proven experience in project management, knowledge of HCM processes and Software Development Lifecycle. You should hold solid organisational, attention to detail and multitasking skills. We are looking for a team player who is able to work with people from different countries and culture. Very good English skills are a must. Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM solution, as well as, PMP / PRINCE certification would be a plus.
