Your new role
You will be responsible for support throughout the exhibition cycle including conference organisation, Team and Customer support. You will work with all systems and tools to provide effective support in the delivery of exhibitions.
Your main responsibilities
- Customer support - providing information and support by phone, email and chat inquiries for internal and external customers.
- Administrative support.
- Management of all show email inboxes and answering to correspondence and inquiries.
- Keeping in contact with speakers/stakeholders.
- Supervision over following standards and regulations during events.
- Cooperation with vendors in case of ensuring necessary equipment for the need of exhibition.
- Cooperation with marketing teams to ensure updates on show websites.
- Creation of template for virtual platforms, supporting host of webinars and live shows.
- Scheduling Team meetings.
- Cooperation with show team.
- Sales and process support - manage sales entries, quotations and invoices.
What you'll need to succeed?
- Good command of English and French language.
- Experience in project management, event or conference support.
- High level and of MS Office tools.
- Strong analytical and communication skills..
- An ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
