Regarding further development of the plant, the Company is currently looking for a person for the position of Operations Manager who would be working in the production Plant in Silesia. This person will be reporting directly to Owners and COO Manager.

Regarding further development of the plant, the Company is currently looking for a person for the position of Operations Manager who would be working in the production Plant in Silesia. This person will be reporting directly to Owners and COO Manager.
Description
* Manage PORTFOLIO Monthly Customers Orders and analysis with Headquarter Administrative Dept. of the rolling budget
* Supervise Scheduling of the production (in term of no.of operators and employees necessary, machine availability, detailed schedules to satisfy Customers requests)
* Supervise logistics & transports, productions, maintenance costs
* Analysis for inventory (monthly/lot size/annual) and supervise numbers at the end of every single lot size of production
* Management of the layouts of the Plant (spaces and fluxes), supervise work instruction, procedures and follow rules per department (where no available, participate and create new ones)
* WCM - 5S - LEAN Manufacturing
* Analysis of the purchase orders for all the Plant (divided into spare parts - tools - quality - fixtures - plant investments)
* Research with the headquarter of new suppliers on Polish areas
* Research and Management for new recruitment's necessities and supervise the human resource flux for actual employees
* Structure evaluation of the Plant
Profile
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in leading operations and management team in automotive industry
2. Second language fluency- English
3. It would be nice to have an experience with CNC programming (non-obligatory)
4. Technical skills and hands-on attitude. Person closely involved in managing and organising things and in making decisions.
5. Wide knowledge of the production side
6. Good team work skills. fostering an environment of teamwork to ensure that all products are delivered on time and company goals are met.
7. Graduate degree in engineering, operations or project management
8. Being initiative. The ability to work alone and take a lead when hurdles arise or when tasks require completion.
9. Ability to proper planning. Ensuring that plans for the future are clearly labelled out for everyone to follow.
10. Adapting to the ever changing environment and reacting quickly to meet challenges.
