THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Groningen Netherlands.
The company is specialized in the packaging and distribution of fish and are a key-player on the European market.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The company is looking for a fulltime Operation Manager who will analyse the production process and has the aim to continuesly improve the production and packaging process. You will do this by working closely together with the teammanagers. You will also make sure that operations are performed with regulations that are applied in the food sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will work together with teammanagers so deadlines and production goals are met
- Analysing the production and packaging process and identify bottlenecks
- You will take initiative for improving the production and packaging process
- Ensure that all operations are performed in accordance with safety regulations
- You will report to the Plant Manager
REQUIREMENTS
- BSc Food Technology, Process Engineering or similar
- Experience with working in the Food Industry
- Leadership Experience
- Dutch Communications
