Operations Manager
Miejsce pracy: GdańskYour main tasks will include:
- Managing processes and activities through the supervisors and ensuring resources are available to achieve expected service levels
- Collaborate with partners to build input operating plans for achievement of key measures
- Assist with the development of associates through performance management process. Achieve improvements to their performance through coaching, mentoring and administering performance reviews
- Implement bar-raising programs aimed at hiring and developing top talent and build career development roadmap for site leadership
- Contributes to financial plan and business goals and ensures business goals are met within established financial targets
- Notices and implements optimizations in order to make the processes more efficient and effective
- Support an environment that fosters open and positive team communication by hosting team meetings, stand-ups, planning associate recognition events, individual meetings, and other related formal and informal methods of communication

- Higher education degree qualification in a business or management field desirable
- A minimum of 12 years of people management and operations leadership experience (including 4 years in a senior management role in a fast paced, Customer Service environment
- Fluent command of English, knowledge of another foreign language will be an asset
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to motivate and inspire large groups of people
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
- Ability to generate process improvement ideas
- Experience in managing cost centre and in developing future leaders and creating tailored succession plan
- Experience in leading large teams to high levels of performance and international teams spread across multiple countries
