If you like to be fishing for more than the eye sees, then you should take this role as Operations Manager. As Operations Manager, you will make sure their business growth more than projected. You will controle the KPI's and implement them. You will give new ideas and make sure that their company stays operational on all levels.Responsibilities
You are going to be responsible for all operational activities. You are going to be leading a team of 130 employees and you will report to local management. You are going to control the budget and will keep every costs parameters in control.Requirements
- A bachelor/master engineering degree- More than 10 years experience in a similar role
- Experience in the food industry is preffered
- Hands-on, people manager and client focussed
