For our Client, an international company from SSC sector on the Tricity market we are looking for an Operations/Finance Manager.
Challenges: - Manage the team of ca. dozen accountants (including but not limited to organizing workload and schedules, setting SLAs and KPIs, monitoring overall performance of the team, monitoring process compliance and customer satisfaction) - Drive and motivate the team - Build expertise within the team - Stakeholder management with strong focus on building strong business relationship - Process improvement and leading implementation
Requirements: - Proven track record in Accounting & General Ledger - Finance and Accounting educational background - Very good English skills - Managerial experience - Strong client management skills - Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills - SAP knowledge is required
