Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Limburg Netherlands.
This is a Dutch company specialised in the Food industrie. Focussing on high-quality products, sustainability and personal development they employ more than expert employees.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Operations Leader you will manage a small team of technicians and production engineers during the production process. You will need to individually coach and lead this team to achieve higher efficiency and cost-reduction. This position is developing, because the production is increasing and the company needs more in-house expertise.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading a small team of technicians and engineers
- Use your expertise in production environment directly by also working hands-on as a leader
- Maintain and monitor high-quality production
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
- 5-8 years of experience in a Food production environment
- Well develop coaching and coordinating skills
