Role Description

As the logistics coordinator you are part of the logistics team. You will have responsibility over the operational and commercial planning, next to that you will have an operational task to coordinate the orders. Arranging and managing delivery agreements, advising delays and other problems and react to these changes in a proper and adequate way.

Responsibilities

- Organization of road transports and loadings, in agreement with several counterparts (suppliers, customers, transporters)
- Negotiating the freight rates with allocated transport companies
- Allocating the weekly purchases and sales
- Administrative handling of orders
- Responding to signals from the market (transport, documents, etc.)
- Every month you will have 1 weekend of phone duty
- Controlling the order work flow

Requirements

- HBO+
- 3+ years of relevant job experience
- Knowledge of the following 3 languages: Dutch, English and German
- ERP & Office knowledge
- Planning and organization skills
