Due to dynamic growth in Poland we are looking for a person who would like to become a team player in a local team for our Client on an On-boarding Trainer . You’ll be responsible for the coordinating on-boarding of our candidates into various Solutions and countries across the EMEA region. You’ll take care of all admin related work as well as liaise with specific teams to help put together the on-boarding program for each new joiner across the region. You’ll manage communication with each candidate prior to them joining the Firm. You will be working closely with the hiring teams, recruiters in charge, local HR and on-boarding teams.
