On behalf of our Client, company based in Wrocław, we are looking for Office Manager/ Executive Assistant.

Your next role
Within the role you will be responsible for daily supervision of office operations: supplies, cooperation with vendors, developing and overseeing office operating procedures, managing reception desk and facilities services (e.g. maintenance activities).

You will closely cooperate withinternal stakeholders: Executive Director, Procurement, HR and IT and organise internal and external events. Additionally you will be performing duties of Executive Assistant and be responsible for travel planning and scheduling meetings for Exec Director.

What do you need to have to succeed?

Minimum of 3 years experience in relevant area, fluency in English, organisation and project management skills. We look for someone with passion for people that continuously inspires guests and colleagues, with flexibility and outgoing personality. High work ethic and good manners are necessary.
