As a (Junior) Office Manager you'll be responsible for the management of services and processes that support the core business of our organization. It will be your job to support day-today activities and contribute to customer experience, service and operational productivity.Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and applicants and manage the registration process- Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, lunches, celebrations and trips
- Communicate with external parties about ICT maintenance, reparations, cleaning etc.
- Make office supply arrangements
- Ensure that all equipment and facility systems are working properly
Requirements
- Background in logistics, facility or customer service- Fluent in English & Dutch
- Valid driving license
- Familiar with HR/Administration tasks
- Good understanding of Word, Excel and CRM-systems
- Excellent customer service skills
Other information
- Living near Amsterdam or willing to relocate- Preferably 40 hours a week
