For Hapag-Lloyd, global logistics company opening it's brand new Knowledge Centre in Gdańsk, we are looking for Office Coordinator.
What you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating office tasks
- Receiving visitors at the front desk
- Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Receiving and sorting daily mail
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
- Supporting the coordination of CSR activities
- Supporting the organization of team-building events
- Contacting suppliers
Ideal candidate will have:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist/Front Office Representative
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Professional and optimistic attitude
- Solid written and verbal communications skills in Polish and English (German as a plus)
- Great time-management skills
- Good attention to details
