Key responsibilities
* To support the manufacturing facility in the achievement of customer specifications and customer satisfaction for New Product Introduction (NPI)
* To manage and support your team of Quality Specialists and Assistants on a day to day basis
* To maintain the Royston Quality Management System for NPI in line with internal and external requirements, IATF16949/ISO14001 and OHSAS18001
* Responsible for the approvals of NPRD, TT, URS, FDS, FAT, SAT, commissioning, validation plans and reports
* To be an expert in onsite Quality matters and be point of contact for plant, customer and suppliers
Are you the ideal candidate?
You will:
* A degree in a STEM subject / significant experience in a similar quality related role.
* An in-depth knowledge of Quality Systems in a manufacturing environment including APQP.
* Knowledge of FMEA, control plans, continuous improvement, internal auditing and problem-solving techniques
* The ability to build collaborative working relationships with stakeholders across departments
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with different audiences.
* Experience working within a project management frame work and ideally have a project management qualification.
