In this role you will be supporting the Order to Cash processes and expand your knowledge and experience in the Customer Success department. You will have the responsibility to keep the stock levels in sync with our Logistic Service Providers. Therefore you will need to develop and maintain good relationships with the local Logistic Service Providers (LSP) and our internal LSP managers.
You will have room to apply your analytical capabilities to investigate, find root causes of inventory discrepancies and propose alternative solutions.
You also will get the opportunities to expose yourself cross-functionally by representing the department as an subject matter expert in various process improvement meetings.
When you are an experienced SAP user and you can combine that with great Excel skills that will help you out a lot.
- Customer master data management: Monitors daily morning checks; checks open transactions in ERP system & sets up EDI and E-invoicing and performs maintenance
- Delivers required product communication to health organizations/government / affiliates
- 3+ years of experience in a related profession within international Supply Chain. (Preferably in the Pharmaceutical Industry - not mandatory)
- Fluent in English
- Good ERP/SAP & Excel skills
- Problem solving and analytical skills, with the ability to oversee processes beyond own department
