Network/Security Engineer

Currently, we are looking for Candidates to be a member of the Cloud Managed Services team in Cracow.
CMS team seeks a Tier 3 level Network & Security Engineers to join a team of extremely talented professionals supporting the global Security & Network infrastructure for various customers.
What You Will Do
- provide customers with the assurance that the IT platform is in good hands while they focus on opportunities and challenges resulting from the accelerating pace of technology evolution
- act as a focal point for high impact, large account issue resolution
- provide escalated support and solutions for customer network infrastructure
- provide systems/product training
- act as a technical expert and provide support on a worldwide basis
- design, implement and validate complex changes in an enterprise network environment
Who You Are
- min. 6 years of experience in Network or Security support
- strong practical knowledge of Security platforms and technologies or strong practical knowledge of troubleshooting Routing and Switching protocols BGP, EIGRP, OSPF and STP
- Multicast, HSRP, TCP/IP, IPSEC protocols
- Cisco platforms including 6500, SD-WAN and ASR/ISR series routers
- Proven crisis management skills
- strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- BS in Engineering/Computer Science/IT and/or equivalent experience
- Certifications (CCNP, CCIE level)
