Network Engineering Specialist
Workplace: Wrocław
Main purpose of the role and key responsibilities:
The Network Engineering WCDMA/LTE group is looking for an ambitious team member with the main focus for network dimensioning rules deliver in the field of WCDMA/LTE.
The main tasks are:
- Providing of dimensioning/configuration fundamentals for mobile networks (WCDMA/iHSPA/LTE)
- Evaluation of the impact of system features on the coverage, capacity and quality of the network
- Specification of dimensioning and load tools
- Provide Sales and Service enabling and 2nd line support for network offering and network acceptance
Requirements:
- Wide knowledge within mobile network technologies with the focus on the radio interface
- Experience in RF Engineering
- Detailed knowledge of architecture and protocols of radio systems
- Presentation and communication skills
- B.Sc or M.Sc in telecommunication, physics or equivalent
- Programming knowledge
Personal Attributes:
- Fluent written and spoken English skills/Polish desirable

The Radio Access BU is responsible for the provisioning of the best in class radio access networks for the technologies GSM, WCDMA, WiMAX and LTE. The Network Engineering is the key department for mobile network dimensioning aspects. It belongs to the COO RA Multiradio R&D System Architecture line.
