We are looking for candidates that have experience in 3rd line network support and want to develop in the gaming company.
Client Details
Our client is an international company form the gaming industry. They stand shoulder to shoulder with the clients working as their external development partner.
Description
- Support the development of network both internal and external customers
- Configure, install and maintain network devices and services
- Maximize/optimize network performance and ensure system availability and reliability
- Provide Level 3 support and troubleshooting to resolve complex network connectivity issues
- Evaluate new network hardware and software solutions, recommend improvements
- Define, design, and implement network redundancy and disaster recovery solutions for hardware, software and configurations
- Assist in planning for the future growth of networks and provide budgetary information as needed
- Work on assigned projects as a team member or team leader, both security or general IT related
- Preparing the documentation
Profile
- 3 years of direct & relevant experience in multi-site network management
- 5 years of IT experience in advanced troubleshooting and support in an enterprise environment
- Good level of English
- Experience in managing network devices, routers, switches and firewall
- Advanced experience in configuration and management of firewall policies, IPSEC, ACL, routing, switching.
- Extensive knowledge of protocols
- Experience with network capacity planning, network security principles
- CCNP is a plus
