Your new role
We believe that Team Leaders should represent our company way philosophy on a day to day basis, therefore we look for the best talent available. The person we find should be able to efficiently manage a team of approximately 10 Accounts Receivable Accountants to ensure maximum customer satisfaction is achieved and service levels are met or exceeded for all customer requirements.

Your new role

The person we find should be able to efficiently manage a team of approximately 10 Accounts Receivable Accountants to ensure maximum customer satisfaction is achieved and service levels are met or exceeded for all customer requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
- Supervision and development of the team ensuring that the team meets and exceeds its KPIs and ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Maximise the level of efficiency of resolving customer queries and tickets to aid in the delivery of a seamless end to end process for the customer.
- Ensure monthly team and individual targets are met.
- Lead, motivate, coach and organise team members to adhere to Company’s core values and deliver a high level of team member engagement.
- Identify process efficiencies to increase speed, accuracy & value add of transactional processing.
- Ensure all team members are properly trained and have appropriate resources available to be successful in their roles.
- Escalations and management of queries.
- Monthly statistical reporting submission and input into fiscal updates.
- Setting of individual targets for team.
