• Support the customer in finding the right specialist for the right job;
• Respond quickly to the market through matching;
• Building a strong business in a rapidly changing market.
• Valid driver's license B;
• Bachelor's or master's degree;
• Assertive, diplomatic and a commercial mindset;
• You speak Dutch and English fluently;
• You are eager to learn, social, ambitious, resilient, result-oriented with a hands-on work mentality;
• Interested in technology and innovation is a plus;
• You are willing to relocate to the Amsterdam region.

Our key account team is responsible for and takes care of the implementation of all tactical and operational activities that arise from the use of temporary hiring in an organization. As an MSP Strategist © you are responsible for coordinating and advising on the filling of all temporary vacancies and developing a service with a key account.Responsibilities

Requirements
• 1 - 3 years of work experience (we offer an intensive training program);• Valid driver's license B;
• Bachelor's or master's degree;
• Assertive, diplomatic and a commercial mindset;
• You speak Dutch and English fluently;
• You are eager to learn, social, ambitious, resilient, result-oriented with a hands-on work mentality;
