MS 365 Support Specialist

Your new company
For our client located in Gliwice we are looking for a MS 365 Support Specialist.
Your new role
▪ providing 2nd level support and solving problems of Microsoft 365 users
▪ cooperation with 3rd line of support (IT architects, IT administrators, project managers, application owners) and communication with other departments of the company
▪ solving problems or reporting and assigning them to the third line of support when needed
▪ managing e-mail addresses and MS Teams channels for all recipients
▪ support of migration process from and to Microsoft 365
▪ participation in testing new solutions and testing their implementations
▪ participation in IT security assessments
▪ creating and updating user manuals
▪ making the documentation based on FAQ
▪ active participation in raising the standards of support service
What you'll need to succeed
▪ high English written and spoken language skills (min. B2)
▪ experience in support and administration of Microsoft 365/Office 365
▪ high motivation to work in the IT support area
▪ good communication skills
▪ great troubleshooting skills
▪ analytical skills
▪ team work orientation
▪ ability to be well-organised
▪ ability to work under pressure
▪ readiness to quickly adapt to changes
