ROLE DESCRIPTION
In this role you will be under the supervision of and provide support to the Country Quality Head in all product quality/technical matters and GDP/GMP related activities such as management of returns, quality deviations, quality alerts and recalls. You will contribute to the management and maintenance of the country QMS.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- In relation to QMS:
* Support the Quality Head to ensure required quality documents are in place, in use and up to date at country level for GxP and health regulated areas
* Support in global Quality documents and regulations
* SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Support in preparing and updating quality agreements with manufacturing sites, distribution centres as well as with any third party for GDP/GMP activities under the responsibility of Quality in the country
- Ensure a compliant quality system according to local and global standards, e.g. CAPA (Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions) management, deviation management, audits and inspections, change control, management of GxP third parties
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: A University degree in Pharmacy (registered pharmacist)
- Trained as a pharmacist
- With strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate in English (oral, written)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to easy & quick adapt to changing situations and priorities
