Monitoring Engineer (Event Handler Service)
… to join Monitoring team dedicated to applications efficiency monitoring in DevOps methodology.

Key functions / responsibilities:
- Joining the team (5-8 ppl) resposible for covering the whole scope of designing, developing, testing and running the Event handler Service. The service is using IBM Tivoli Monitoring suite – with ITM agents and OMNIbus/Netcool as the main components.
- Administrating Impact policies will part of the day-to-day work.
- Developing the Global Event handler Service, maintain and enforce the security policies and automating administrations.
- Use and implement automation, implement CI/CD, automated testing and configuration management;
- Always looking to improve the services based on market changes;
- Working in a team with highly skilled people and enjoy a creative atmosphere where trying things out is encouraged.
Requirements:
- Solid experience working with following technologies, tools or languages:
- Knowledge and experience with ITM (IBM Tivoli Monitoring) and OMNIbus/Netcool
OR
- Python, Microservices, Kafka, Docker, Openshift, RedHat (or other Unix/Linux distributions)
- Knowledge and experience with ITM (IBM Tivoli Monitoring) and OMNIbus/Netcool
- Experience with writing IPL;
- Fluent English is a must;
- Experience working in Agile and DevOps methodology;
- Higher professional studies;
- Very good communication skills and positive,open and can-do attitude.
