For our Client, software companies located in Katowice we are looking for Mobile Tech Leader.
Your new role
You will be responsible for building a software development team in R&D structures, which will help you to create a new and scalable solutions to enrich clients businesses. Additionally, you will supervise the whole software development lifecycle and deal out tasks among your team members as well as offshore teams. On the list of you daily duties there will be:
•Act as a single technical point of contact for the product owner and delivery team
•Gather technical requirements and propose solutions based on client’s architectural needs
•Work with technology and business groups to define project specifications
•Develop technical and implementation plans and take full ownership
•Interact with prospective customers during product demos/evaluations
•Research and track developments in the mobile and application segments
•Enhance efficiency of development, test and release process; develop tools, frameworks
•Participate in the full lifecycle development process
•Coordination of tasks among offshore teams located worldwide
•Travel to international Office locations for meetings and workshops
•Travel to international customer locations for workshops and meetings as needed
What you'll need to succeed
To be in ideal candidate you have to have 5-7 years’ experience in designing and developing scalable web based applications, preferred mobile applications including min 3 years’ experience in mobile app development for Android and/or iOS and either native Android/iOS app development experience or usage of a common framework like Xamarin, PhoneGap, IONIC. We are looking for someone with hands-on programming and debugging skills on mobile App development as mentioned above, JavaScript, J2EE design patterns and experience in handling enterprise application deployment architectures, environments and providing solutions to problems in scalability, performance, availability, reliability, security etc. Due to leader’s role we expect our candidates to have some people management experience. In order to meet our requirements you have to speak English fluently.
