THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Zuid-Holland Netherlands.
They are globally active and specialized in health and nutrition, leading the market through innovative solutions that benefit all stakeholders.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
You will guarantee that all quality control on tests is properly executed, so that a high level in quality, quantity, and punctuality is maintained for all processes. Your team will be responsible for analyzing the raw materials as to ensure the quality of the final product. You are pro-active and independent, with strong communication, organizational, and reporting skills.
This will be a function for 12 months with possible extension.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You organize the QC department and are responsible for all activities that happen there:
- Ensure that all lab activities match the needs according to schedule
- Evaluate analysis reports and communicate those to the rest of the organization
- Guarantee efficient and effective quality control
- Assure proper maintenance of all lab equipment
- Perform internal audits
- Coach, motivate and guide your team members
REQUIREMENTS
A BSc in microbiology, biochemistry, or a related field
- Demonstrable experience with QC
- At least 1 year of management experience
- Experience with internal audits
- Knowledge of SAP
