THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Belgium.
Voor een groot zuivelbedrijf in regio Brussel zijn wij op zoek naar een microbioloog die in een 2 ploegen systeem wil werken. Het bedrijf zelf is een internationaal bedrijf met in België drie verschillende plants.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Je staat in voor de controle tijdens het productieproces. Je neemt zelf de stalen op de werkvloer waarna deze geanalyseerd worden binnen het laboratorium. Indien je afwijkingen merkt tijdens het productieproces dien je zelf aan te geven waar er bijgestuurd moet worden. De data dien je te documenteren in SAP, Excel of Acces. De testen zelf zijn sensorische analyses, physico-chemische analyses en microbiologie.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Omdat je tijdens je shift maar met een team van 4 personen werkt sta je zelf in voor de controles. Daarom is het heel belangrijk om nauwgezet te werken en goed te documenteren volgens vooropgestelde ISO normen. Indien er afwijkingen voorkomen dien je in samenspraak met je bevoegde manager en de operations manager aanpassingen te doen aan de machines of kalibraties uit te voeren op de meetapparatuur.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor laboratoriumtechnologie/voedingssector
- Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in een voedingslabo
- Kennis van MS office
- Nauwkeurig, kritisch en zelfstandig ingesteld
- Kennis van het Nederlands
