THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional FMCG and Food organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.
This client is a trend-setting producer in the international Food industry. Their products are A-level brands and are shipped all over the world. To continue the positive growth and continuity, they are looking for an addition to their sales team.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
You will be responsible for several key clients in the Food Retail industry. You will be working closely from colleagues from other departments, so well-rounded communication skills are key. In this exciting role, you will be challenged but also allowed to develop your personal skills. As the first point of contact for clients, you're representative and accountable for the sales success. Naturally, you take care of the key accounts by following market developments, integrating them into your plans and optimizing negotiations results.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• You actively approach clients, both for new business and problem solving
• You introduce or optimize the available range of products
• You are responsible for the budget
• You rapport your findings to other stakeholders
• You develop and execute the yearly key account plans
• You optimize results during negotiations and have a commercial mindset
• You closely follow market developments and integrate them into your plans
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum Bachelor level degree, preferably in Commerce or similar
• At least 3 years of experience as a Key Account Manager with A-brands
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent Dutch and English
• Structured, traceable way of working
• Enthusiastic, convincing, inspiring personality with a strong drive and no 9-5 mentality
