THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Utrecht Netherlands.
They are a family owned company with high ambitions. To keep growing they require a new demand planner who can assist in this journey. With between 50 and 100 employees they are of average size, for now.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As the Demand Planner you will guarantee the highest possible service level for their network of customers. You will be responsible for demand and production planning and the arrangement of inventory. By working closely with various departments you will improve the supply chain processes and optimise the delivery of products.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guarantee the highest possible service level and delivery of products
- Execution of demand and supply planning
- Translate requirements into a strategic supply chain plan
- Improve logistical processes in order to to guarantee inventory and delivery
- Collaboration with other supply chain professionals to set up improvement projects
REQUIREMENTS
-BSc or MSc degree in Logistics, Business Administration or Supply chain management
-At least 3 years of relevant experience with planning
-Fluent in Dutch and English
-Good communicating skills to act as a bridge between various departments
