For our client, a global market leader for innovative medical devices, we are looking for highly motivated candidates for the Mechanical Engineer (Project Lead) in R&D Department.

Location:

The west part of Poznań

Opis stanowiska

• Participation and lead R&D projects for new medical devices development and support maintenance of released products,
• Leading role in design activities of new devices like 2D, 3D documentation and verification tests,
• Involved and support in risk management, problem-solving, usability, design validation,
• Work in line with Quality Management System procedures and international standards and regulations
• Involved in analyzing state of the art for similar products and defining input requirements for projects, in line with relevant safety product standards,
• Cooperation with cross-functional departs, clinical experts, regulatory officers, technical consultants, and suppliers.

Profil kandydata

• Experience in R&D or similar (nice to have in a medical device company),
• Master or similar degree in engineering,
• Project Management skills,
• Experience in Creo and Solid Works,
• Knowledge of English minimum B2,
• High level of experience in designing small Metal and Plastic parts and as well as knowledge in injection molding,
• Ability to work with and in Teams, "hands-on" approach.
