Material Planner

Responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase orders
• Manage used material quotation processes
• Provide scrap replacement support
• Communication with vendors to get accurate status updates
• Communication with suppliers related to invoice/pricing or other general queries
• Import clearances and liaise with import customs broker
• Communicate with freight company regarding transport

Requirements

• Experience in using Microsoft Excel, Power Point
• Experience in logistics and customs
• Fluency in English (C1/C2)
• Experience in using ERP systems
• Willingness to learn about detailed supply chain, logistics and planning
• Ability to work in a cross-functional environment
• Be a self-directing individual
• High level of attention to detail
• Willingness to commute, the logistics centre is located 18 kilometres from the city centre.
