ZeroChaos dla swojego globalnego Klienta – międzynarodowej firmy działającej w branży energetycznej, poszukuje kandydatów do Łodzi na stanowisko: Master Data Specialist.
Mission:
Master Data Specialist will be responsible for data and application support in complex business critical Master Data services.
Main Accountabilities:
- Perform data lifecycle maintenance tasks like insert, update and delete
- Preparing data exports, compliance measurement, analysis and reporting as well as data correction.
- Coordinating data quality improvements activities for different Master Data domains, analyze of potential duplicates and other data issues like incompleteness or inconsistency
- Document resolutions for future reference
- Propose and implement application and data improvements for optimized service delivery
- Write and update Standard Operating Procedures documentation
- Actively drive Master Data training, communication and implementation
Additional accountabilities:
- Cooperation with third-party suppliers / business during projects
- Communication with specialists and managers in the Business organization, explain data status with a business view
- Write and update training material
- Provide application training on-line and on-site as per business demand
- Communication point of contact, be part of a large network
Challenges:
- Support global service accessible to all users globally, according to set guidelines and following well established ITIL-based processes
- Act as point of contact for the business side
- Work in an international, diverse virtual team
Wymagania
Requirements:
- Minimum 1,5 years work experience in IT
- Relevant work experience in Industry sector, engineering and manufacturing
- Product knowledge and experiences (manufacturing, configurators, Engineer to Order, SAP)
- Very good English
- Experience in problem solving
- High interpersonal and communication skills
- Good working knowledge of infrastructure and application architecture
- Strong understanding of business organization’s goals and objectives
- Practical knowledge of IT service management concepts (ITIL) is an advantage
