In this position a person is responsible for the Master Data processes (Vendor, Customer, Material and Finance) and will report to the MD Lead.
Requirements
- Perform activities related to Master Data within multiple accounting systems (AP, AR , MM) for US locations
- Ensure highest data quality and integrity
- Ensure data compliance in line with Data Quality Rules
- Establish, managing and growing relationships with both internal and external customers
- SharePoint administration for related MD changes
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
- Flexibility, especially during month end and quarter end
- Making sure daily duties are in line with SOX requirements
Experience & Qualifications
- University degree
- Fluency in written and oral English (minimum B2 level) is essential for this role
- Excellent communication and cooperation skills
- Well organized with flexible attitude
- Excel skills (V-Look-Ups, Pivots, Formulas), Microsoft SharePoint
- Experience in Master Data process will be an advantage
- Knowledge of SAP or ERP systems will be an advantage
- Detail oriented
