Description
support customer service teams in entering data and validation of information
maintaining customer and product master data
handling systems and data quality
providing shipment/price information to the customers as well as processing claims and complaints
processing and entering orders
preparing standard and ah-hoc reports
other back office related tasks
Profile
functional experience in customer service, order management or related
higher degree (technical or commercial)
high level of English and German skills (min. B2)
experience in work or good practical knowledge of Excel
open mind and eagerness to learn
solution oriented problem-solving skills
