Our Client is a global, technologically advanced Company with fast growing business. For their business operations entity located in the Centre of Wroclaw we are looking for ambitious Candidates interested in the position of Marketing Service Specialist (Printing) to join the team.

A successful candidate will join a team dedicated to support headquarter, sales departments and internal Clients.
Description
Creation and continuous optimisation of target group oriented sales and marketing output, especially the price book of the entire Group. Being the professional in Data base publishing in the most logical and efficient way in order to increase the finding of information for B2B customers.
- Development of process automation in print material production
- Holistic project planning and cost monitoring of the company price list process
- Implementation of product information in a sales-oriented print output
- Development of market-oriented templates for the publication of product information
- Coordination of the print production with system relevant service providers
- Publication and communication of documents in internal and external digital platforms (Intranet, Microsoft Teams, upload and maintenance of download area in digital channels)
- Organization of cost inquiries and production of all advertising printed matter incl. brochures, business cards and displays
- Coordination of product text databases for marketing service purposes
- Coordination of target group oriented content and mailings
- Maintenance of letter-shop and coordination of order processes via CRM system
Profile
- Bachelor degree in direction of Marketing, Communication, Data base publishing, Print media technologies
- Experience within marketing area/ media design/ data management
- Knowledge in media design, pre-press technology, print media technology, cross media and data base publishing;
- Fluent spoken and written English, good German,
- project management skills,
- international experience as an asset
- familiar with designing tools like InDesign, InBetween, InRiver
