The Company

They are a dynamic growing company in the herbs and spices focused on the culinary science of recipes. Today they are looking for a marketing manager that can strengthen their growing company.

Role Description

As a marketing manager you will be part of the management team with responsibilities to develop and implement a new marketing strategy. With a close connection to the sales team, you will develop activities that will support the sales of culinary products.

Responsibilities

- Create and implement new marketing strategy
- Create and improve brand awareness
- Work closely with the sales and R&D team to promote new developments
- Follow the food market trends closely and adapt them into strategy

Requirements

- A Bachelors in Marketing, Business or something related
- At least 5 years of marketing management experience in the food industry
- Creative skills
- Critical thinking skills
- Communication skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English
