Our client is a professional Medical Devices organization, based in Noord-Holland Netherlands.
The company is specialised in the cardiovascular industry, where it is widely considered as an innovative, leading company.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Working this role you will be responsible for the coordination of the marketing process and the further improvement of the market competitive share. As Marketing Manager you will be frequently travelling (up to 40%, domestically and internationally) to develop and maintain positive relationships with key clients and key opinion leaders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
This company has a franchise driven sales strategy, so therefore you will be responsible for the coordination of the franchisees, and support them with their marketing issues. By doing so, you will increase the brand awareness and further improve the market share. Next to that, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Develop a communication strategy towards internal and external stakeholders
- Map the market within the industry on develop a competitive marketing strategy based on the information gained from the market research
- Be actively engaged in the key marketing activities such as the visit of conferences and events.
- Engage in quarterly contact with the regional marketing team, and discuss whether they are on track for the achievement of annual targets
REQUIREMENTS
This position requires the following qualifications
- Msc in a Marketing related field, or a cardiovascular related field
- 5 years of related marketing experience, with a focus on dealing with international organisations and customers
- Willing and able to travel on a frequent basis
OTHER
- Other languages, besides fluent English, are considered a plus
