Role Description

In this consultant role you will determine and satisfy the market research needs of the Respiratory Marketing team needs, as well as interpreting the insights and analytics to produce recommendable actions.

Responsibilities

- Assess the primary and secondary market research needs of the Respiratory Marketing teams in Europe and International Markets business
- Provide data for both the primary and secondary market research needs
- Manage relationship with market research vendors
- Interpretation of customer insights and translation into actionable recommendations
- Provision of competitive intelligence to stakeholders to support strategic decisions
- Provide accurate and reliable quantitative and qualitative market data according to the needs of stakeholders
- Work alongside the forecasting group to provide input into product forecast
- Play an active role in both short and long term planning processes
- Acting as a key point of contact for all aspects of customer insight & analytics (HQ & and local markets)
- Conduct situational analysis for the Marketing teams to provide an objective and detailed understanding of current and future markets, product performance, customers, and competitors
- Build strong relationships with internal partners and be an ambassador for the Customer Insights & Analytics Team

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer insights/ market research, preferably within a pharmaceutical, biotechnology or related environment
- Experience and good level of skill in interpretation and analyses of data (IQVIA sales, pricing and patient data)
- Excellent planning, organization and time management skills including the ability to support and prioritize multiple projects
- High level of skill in using business software applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Willing to travel (no more than 20% of the time).
