We are looking for candidates for the position of Market Analyst (Transformers Service). Hired person will be responsible for developing, implementing and coordinating strategic market analytic support to the Product Group for the daily business as well as for the success of the strategic plan.
Tasks:
- Gather, collect and share market and competitor data to analyze and define market size, market share, opportunities and treats;
- Develop processes, information and methods in order to maximize profit and grow for short and longer term success;
- Support local organizations in yearly data collection regarding local market size and share;
- Actively support the PG Product Marketing Manager, the PG Management team and units with market data, trends and analysis;
- Analyze and interpret information on competitor marketing intelligence and support marketing manager in adapting and anticipating market changes and trends;
- Analyze macroeconomics/geo-political trends and market trends for the global portfolio and by country.
Requirements:
- University degree;
- Experience showing the ability and tenaciousness to collect, collate, analyze and present market data in previous role(s) (working in production company will be an advantage);
- Excellent data analysis skills – need to be able to independently provide high-end analysis using multiple data sources even when time is strained;
- Very good command of MS Office;
- Fluent in English and Polish, additional languages will be an advantage;
- Ability to work in a multinational environment and in a matrix organization;
- Self-motivated, independent;
- Result oriented, communication and listening skills;
- Flexibility in travelling.
