Currently, for our client, we are looking for a candidate for the position:

Manufacturing & Quality Engineer

Location: Tczew

Responsibilities :
• Provide real-time support for NPI and production builds
• Ensure production line readiness, including proper procedures, training, layout and equipping takes place
• Ensure material preparedness and qualification
• Oversee assembly techniques and continuous process improvement
• Ensure that the manufacturing test regime is deployed and properly functioning
• Review line flow and capacity planning, working with Flextronics to make adjustments
• Develop and deploy product and display quality processes
• Ensure all quality and production data is gathered and reported in an accurate and timely manner
• Ensure proper diagnostics, handling and rework procedures are developed and deployed
• Deploy issue tracking and managing through resolution
• Ensure production meets Plastic Logic timelines and specifications
• Proactively solve problems before they occur
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with remote Plastic Logic counterparts worldwide
• Partner effectively with Flextronics team

Requirements:
• 3 – 5 years’ experience working as a Manufacturing & Quality Engineer
• Technical education, preferably to University level. Education should be in electronics telecommunications or related
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
