Our client is an internationally active specialist in industrial assembly and logistics processes for the European automotive industry. A completely new, highly automated production site is currently being established in Poland for a renowned automotive manufacturer. Production, maintenance, quality and process structures are being built from the ground up. We are therefore looking for an experienced Manufacturing Manager (m/f/d).
Information on the organisational positioning of the role:
You will ultimately report directly to the Plant Manager and, during the build-up phase, work closely with the central project team. In addition, you will be functionally connected to the international Manufacturing organisation and collaborate closely with Quality, Supply Chain, HR as well as machinery and equipment suppliers.Responsibilities and specific objectives of the role:
- Supporting the greenfield build-up and coordinating local infrastructure and installation partners
- Managing the installation, commissioning and ramp-up of new production equipment
- Building, leading and developing the Production and Maintenance teams
- Managing output, productivity and OEE and establishing transparent production KPIs
- Establishing effective Lean, TPM and preventive maintenance structures
- Ensuring stable production processes in terms of quality, delivery performance, standards and EHS

Informacje dotyczące miejsca stanowiska w organizacji:
Docelowo stanowisko raportuje bezpośrednio do Plant Managera, a w fazie budowy zakładu ściśle współpracuje z centralnym zespołem projektowym. Rola jest również powiązana merytorycznie z międzynarodową organizacją Manufacturing i współpracuje z Quality, Supply Chain, HR oraz dostawcami maszyn i instalacji.
Zadania i konkretne cele stanowiska:
- Wsparcie budowy zakładu Greenfield oraz koordynacja lokalnych partnerów infrastrukturalnych i instalacyjnych
- Koordynacja instalacji, uruchomienia oraz rozruchu nowych linii i urządzeń produkcyjnych
- Budowa, kierowanie i rozwój zespołów produkcji oraz utrzymania ruchu
- Zarządzanie outputem, produktywnością i OEE oraz wdrożenie przejrzystych wskaźników produkcyjnych
- Budowa efektywnych struktur Lean, TPM oraz prewencyjnego utrzymania ruchu
- Zapewnienie stabilnych procesów produkcyjnych w zakresie jakości, dostaw, standardów i EHS
Requirements

- I have several years of leadership and operational management experience in an industrial, automated production environment.
- I can manage production performance consistently using KPIs such as output, productivity and OEE.
- I work hands-on, independently and in a structured way and actively shape build-up and change phases.
