Role Description

Is it your challenge to advise the COO (Chief Operations Officer) and to guide this organization to the highest level regarding product and process quality within a (medical regulated) production environment? This position is all about making sure that this manufacturing site is 2020/2030 proof. This in terms of processes and because of up scaling of the manufacturing site. Your challenge is to optimize this organization in regards to: process and product quality, production processes, automation of processes. You will be working in a position where you will be in contact with: the COO, Shift Supervisors, R&D, QA/RA, Technical department and Purchasing.

Responsibilities

On a daily basis you are involved with:
- Advising to reach the highest level of product- and process quality within a (medical regulated) production environment
- Analyzing product- and process deviations, you will be formulating corrective- and preventive measures
- You will be seeking for solution to automate processes
- You will be seeking for process development per production line
- You will work with very innovative products

Requirements

- Bachelor in Engineering, preferably in chemistry or process or automation
- Minimal 2 years of experience with product- and process development/improvements
- You have some affinity with statistical techniques
- You are familiar with quality systems and quality standards like ISO 13485
- Fluent Dutch language and business proficiency English
- you have a curious mindset and a 'hands-on' work mentality that fits a production environment with medical devices
