This is an exciting opportunity for senior candidates with a background in general management within an international electronics/IT/automation environment.
Client Details
Our client is a production company from the electronics industry. We are currently conducting an executive search project for the role of Managing Director to be based in Tricity. The successful candidate will manage the company in Poland and will report to the CEO of the group based abroad.
Description
- Manage and further develop the business in Poland
- Work on the strategy, oversee and manage the continued development of all functions in Poland
- Supervising managers and providing leadership and motivation to all employees
- Create effective and strong teams towards effective performance and objectives, secure sufficient pool of resources to perform
- Maintain quality of products, services and customer support
- Research and implement new initiatives to drive revenue and lower operating costs
- Ensure best practices are shared across teams
- Represent the company internally and externally towards business partners and authorities
- Develop, track, and communicate key performance indicators
Profile
- Degree level education in electronics
- Several years of senior leadership experience across electronics/it/automation business is a must
- Company Board level exposure, participation, and experience will be additional assets
- Demonstrated ability to lead and engage teams; The ideal candidate can work bottom-up through people due to his / her inspirational leadership style
- High energy, charismatic, action-oriented personality who can build, inspire and motivate a team
- Proven and effective interpersonal skills and ability to develop relations with personnel at all levels of the organization
- Highly results driven - able to demonstrate a proven track record of exceeding KPI targets through exceptional management skills and ability to communicate
- Fluency in English and Polish are a must
